Vappy Farms was founded by four passionate agribusiness professionals united by a shared vision — to build a world-class commercial farm that transforms food production in Ghana's Western Region and beyond.
Each founder brings a distinct background in agriculture, business, health, and finance. Together they combine expertise, community knowledge, and commercial ambition to build a farm that is profitable, sustainable, and impactful.
Millicent Nyiwae is the driving force behind Vappy Farms. As CEO, she oversees the strategic direction, business development, and stakeholder relationships that underpin the farm's growth. Her background spans agribusiness development and entrepreneurship, and she brings an exceptional ability to translate complex farm operations into commercial opportunities.
Millicent is deeply committed to building an agricultural enterprise that creates sustainable employment in the Mampong community while meeting the food supply demands of Ghana's growing commercial sector. She is also a vocal advocate for women's leadership in African agribusiness.
Simon Agu is the operations architect of Vappy Farms. With hands-on experience in commercial poultry and livestock management, he designed and continues to refine the farm's operational systems — from biosecurity protocols to production scheduling and supply chain management.
Simon is the reason Vappy Farms operates with the rigour of a professionally managed enterprise. His meticulous approach to animal husbandry, farm record-keeping, and daily operations management ensures consistently high quality and production reliability that commercial buyers depend on.
Getrude Essuman Parker brings a health science and veterinary background to the Vappy Farms leadership team. As Head of Quality and Welfare, she oversees all animal health protocols, vaccination programmes, food safety compliance, and the welfare standards that define the quality of Vappy Farms produce.
Her insistence on food safety traceability and veterinary certification has positioned Vappy Farms to confidently supply institutions, hotels, and food processors who require verified, certifiable produce. She is also the lead on the farm's sustainability and animal welfare commitments.
Isaac Boachie is the financial and commercial intelligence behind Vappy Farms. With experience in agribusiness finance, investment planning, and commercial supply, he manages the farm's financial systems, cost management, and commercial partnerships.
Isaac is responsible for building the farm's commercial buyer relationships — negotiating supply contracts, managing pricing strategy, and expanding Vappy Farms' institutional client base across the region. His commercial acumen ensures that the farm's growth is financially disciplined and scalable.
Running the farm like a business — with structure, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Every decision is evaluated for its impact on the Mampong community and the people who work with us.
Building a farm operation that can thrive for decades — not just this year's harvest.
No product leaves our farm without meeting the standards we set for ourselves — and our clients.
Whether you are a commercial buyer, institutional partner, or an agribusiness investor — we would love to have a conversation about how we can work together.
